Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients
  2. Almond flour

Grind your almonds for a few seconds in a food processor/strong blender.

  3. Prep

Place your egg whites in a bowl and beat for one minute. Then add the garlic powder, parmesan, and salt and beat again. Meanwhile, boil your cup and a half of water.

  4. Mix

Add the almond flour a little at a time and keep beating. Take the boiling water and incorporate it gradually to the mix. Then add the baking powder and olive oil. Finally, add a TBL of seeds and set aside the rest for the end.

  5. Prepare to bake

The mixture should be very thick. Prepare a 30x8cm pan (approx., non-stick preferred) and grease with olive oil to avoid sticking. Add the mixture and sprinkle the seeds on top.

  6. Bake

Preheat the oven to 235℃ for a few minutes, then add your pan and bake for 10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180℃ and continue baking for 30 minutes. To see if it's done, stick a knife in your bread and it should come out clean. once it's baked, cool before removing from the pan.

You can eat this for breakfast or as a side dish.

Notes

The parmesan is optional, even if you do not use any it will still taste delicious.

If you will not eat it right away it will keep in the fridge, which is especially importante if you live in a hot climate.
