A quick Avocado Crema (Cream) that is great with tacos, as a dip or as a salad dressing.
Blend the yogurt, avocado, garlic and cilantro in a blender. (If you do not have a blender, you can chop everything extremely fine.) Add a the juice of 1/2 a lime at a time until you reach the acidity desired.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
For a spicy version: add 1/2-1 jalapeño.
For a salad dressing: season a little heavier with salt and lime, and thin with a bit of water or milk.
This can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
