Instructions
Chop the veggies and/or meat.
Beat the eggs.
Don't forget to add the salt and/or pepper.
Sauté the meat (if desired) in a little oil or butter.
Add the veggies when the meat is cooked. Add the eggs and stir.
Serve on the tortillas. Add salsa, ají, and/or cheese.
