A delicious and healthy alternative to fried Buffalo wings!

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower to bite-size.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 220C.
  3. Grease baking sheet or cover with parchment paper.
  4. Prepare batter by mixing flour, corn starch, salt, milk and water in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Dip each piece of cauliflower in the batter and shake off excess. Place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake cauliflower for 20- 30 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
  7. 5 minutes before the cauliflower is finished, prepare the Buffalo sauce. Melt the butter on low heat and then add the hot sauce. Stir often to avoid boiling the mixture.
  8. Toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce.
  9. Serve with any combination of carrots, celery, ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
