As a tip, please have everything ready before starting. Once you start, it will go quick.

  1. Season

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper (aprox. 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper). 

  2. Flour

    Add the flour spoon by spoon to the chicken and mix until the flour covers all the chicken. You may need to add some flour depending on the size of the pieces. 

  3. Cooking - First Step

    Pre-heat really well a big pan and add the oil and butter. Sauté half of the chicken (separating the pieces) until golden brown. Remove and cook the other half. You can add a little more oil or butter for the second half if needed.

    Keep in mind that small pieces will cook quickly. So, you need the pan to be very hot. You should be able to hear a sizzle sound when you put the chicken on the pan.
  4. Cooking - Second Step

    When there are about 2 - 3 minutes left for the second half, add the cooked half to the pan. Then add garlic, lemon, and the orange. Stir everything two or three times. Let the slices touch the pan to cook them a little bit. At the end, season it with parsley, salt, and pepper to the taste. ¡Bon Appetit!
