Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients
  2. First step

In a medium bowl beat the butter (previously cooled for at least 5 minutes in order not to cook the eggs), sugar and eggs for a minute or until creamy.

  3. Baking soda, salt, and vanilla

Add baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Beat for 20 more seconds.

  4. Flour and chocolate

Add the flour, chocolate chips, and walnuts and mix until well combined. Chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 days in a sealed container in the fridge.

  5. Bake

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for at least 15 minutes. Form golf ball sized portions. Slightly press each one. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they begin to brown. Cool 1-2 minutes on the tray.

Leave to cool completely on a rack for at least 15 minutes. They taste even better when they are not hot.

    Enjoy for your next snack!

If your tray tends to stick, use baking paper.
