  1. Combine

    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.

  2. Season

    Taste and adjust seasoning. Add a drizzle of hot water to bloom the herbs.

    Chimichurri can be made ahead but needs to be refrigerated and is best if consumed in 24-48 hours.


The hot pepper can be substituted with 1-2 tsp of chilli flakes or crushed red peppers. and adjust to taste.
