This dessert is low in carbohydrates and gluten and lactose free! At the same time, exquisite and easy to prepare.
Chocolate and almond flour bread
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a non-stick baking pan to avoid sticking. Set aside the pan for about 30 minutes.
Prepare the mixture
Add the eggs, sugar, coconut milk and butter to a bowl and beat for 2 minutes. Then add the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, almond flour and baking powder and mix for 5 minutes.
Add the extras
Finally add the almonds or walnuts or chocolate chips.
Pour the mixture in the greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until the top is firm and almost crunchy.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool before removing from the pan.
