Ingredients
Instructions
Miz all your dry ingredients
In a large bowl mix the flour and salt.
Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, mix the milk, water, eggs, and melted butter.
Mix the two
Add the wet mix to the dry mix a little at a time and mix well. The goal is that no lumps are left.
The final consistency should be like drinkable yoghurt or thick cream. If yours is too thick, you can add a little water until you get the desired consistency.Preheat non-stick pan
You do not need special equipment to make crepes, just remember that crepes will only cook correctly if the non-stick pan is very hot. So before beginning preheat a non-stick pan on medium heat for a few minutes before cooking the crepes.
Pour mix into pan
For a medium sized non-stick pan, use 1/3 cup (1/4 cup also works) of the mix. In order to have the right crepe thickness, add the mix to your pan in a circular motion, swirling the mix over the surface.
Flip the crepe
Wait until the borders of the crepe begin to pull away from the edges and they are slightly brown. Then you can flip it with a large spatula.
Wait another 2-3 minutos, and it's ready! Repeat the process for each crepe.
