These are a great snack, and healty too! Use drained and cooked chickpeas, whether it be canned or cooked yourself.

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roast at 400°F, turning every 15 minutes, until crispy.
    I make small batches and roast them in the toaster oven.
