  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, with rack in the middle. Roast peanuts 18-20 minutes, stirring once. DO NOT OVER TOAST! Peanuts will continue to toast for up to 15 minutes while cooling.
  2. Let cool at least 15 minutes.


Peanuts can be salted directly after coming out of the oven, if desired.

The skins can be removed after roasting if desired.

Nuts can be stored in a sealed container for to 1 week – if they last that long.
