Ecuadorian apple and walnut cake

Mix all dry ingredients with a fork: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Beat the rest of the ingredients: Eggs, adding the sugar a little at a time, the vanilla and the oil.

With a spatula mix the two together, and fold in the grated apples and walnuts.

Pour the mix into a floured cake pan and bake at 170°C for one hour.
