Wonderful glaze for chicken or pork. It’s delicious with smoked pork chops and ham.
Honey mustard glaze
Get everything together, and mix all ingredients.
"Paint" on chicken, pork, or pork chops before putting in the oven. Add another coat 5 minutes before it's done.Season the chicken or pork before adding the glaze. For smoked meats it is not necessary since it has already been seasoned. You can also add a coat around 10-15 minutes before it's done. Just be aware that if it will be cooking for a while or you will be grilling, the glaze can easily burn.
The glaze can be prepared ahead of time. It will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days.
