Even if you do not like kale, this recipe is for you. Added benefit: no carbs and it’s not fried!

  1. Gather your ingredients
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F (160°C).
  3. Cut kale into medium pieces, and remove the main stem that is usually hard
  4. Drizzle olive oil and mix to thoroughly cover the kale

    Put the kale in a large enough baking pan so that there is one layer of kale without bunching together. If you do not leave enough space, it will not toast well.

  5. Bake

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, moving the kale every 5-10 minutes so that it does not burn. The goal is to have it toasted and not mushy.

    When taking it out of the oven, season with salt and your preferred spices.


To season, the only limit is your imagination. We like to use "Everything Bagel Seasoning", garlic powder with chili flakes and paprika, Togarashi, etc. Play with combinations!
