This Mexican style salsa is great with a lot of dishes (breakfast burritos, corviches, carnitas, empanadas, and many others). And since it is not only delicious but also healthy, there’s no reason to hold back!

Gather all your ingredients

Disinfect your veggies if you haven't already

Dice everything, and add to a large bowl

Jalapeño
Remove the jalapeño seeds if you do not want it very spicy. Then finely dice as show in the video.

Season
Add the lime juice and salt to taste.

Serve
Although you can serve it immediately, it is best to wait for an hour or more. That will allow the flavors to meld end mellow, and we have found that the next day it's at its best. You can store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
Notes
You can also add diced cucumbers and season with chili powder, olive oil, cumin or any other spices you prefer.
