  1. Prehear oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the coliflour (in pieces) in olive oil, salt, pepper, granulated garlic and any herbs you like (dry thyme or rosemary is delicious).
  3. Roast, mixing once or twice, until golden brown and a few burnt bits (the best part!).
  4. Season to taste with more salt and pepper.
