A fast and easy lemon-dill asparagus recipe.

Difficulty: Beginner Prep time 5 min Cook time 10 min Total time 15 mins
Servings: 4



  1. Preheat pan with oil and butter.
  2. Saute asparagus in the butter-oil mixture.
  3. In last couple of minutes, season with salt, pepper, and dill. In last minute, add lemon juice.
  4. Cook until crispt-tender. No mushy asparagus please!


  • This can be served hot or at room temperature.
