It may sound odd, but it is truly delicious!

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Throw everything in a pot or crock pot and cook until soft.
  3. Blend everything including cooking liquid until smooth in the blender (use a towel to protect your hand while blending).
  4. Add to a sauce pot and reduce a bit of needed and adjust salt and sweetness as desired, much depends on how sweet the vegetables are and how salty the broth is.

    This is delicious served with a touch of natural yogurt and bacon.
