  1. Thoroughly mix dry ingredients in a bowl
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl
    The egg must be beaten and well mixed with the oil and milk.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and let sit a few minutes so that the baking powder reacts.
  4. That's it! You can spoon them onto your griddle or frying pan.

    Options: You can mix blueberries in the batter if you wish and/or place thin slices of fresh pineapple on the pancakes as they cook on the griddle.
